Active Healthy Kids Australia
The Brief
The physical activity levels of children and young people is an ongoing topic of conversation throughout the nation and we paired up with Active Healthy Kids Australia to help get this message out. A report card consisting of various key findings, data and statistics is released annually to the public aimed to inform the decision-makers and improve the health of young Australians.
The Solution
The result is a bright and energetic identity, a colourful yet formal report layout and an easy-to-navigate website.
The logo consists of multiple items of junior sporting equipment formed together to make a native Australian ‘joey’ kangaroo. The form is filled with four bold colours, washed together in a gradient, which are in turn used throughout the rest of the brand in identifiers and infographics.
While the theme, and therefore the cover, of the report card change from year to year the internal pages of the document maintain their structure so data can be easily located and documented.
What’s Next?
Australia is far from out of the woods when it comes to having a consistently active and healthy population within kids aged under 18 years of age. There is still a great deal of awareness and exposure needed in this field so watch this space.
