Poutine has been a massive part of Canadian cuisine since the 1950’s and while it has begun to trickle into the Australian fare recently, it hit the streets of Adelaide in a big way in 2015, via Quebec Fries. For the uninitiated, poutine can best be described as a delicious mess of french fries, gravy and cheese curd… our job was to make that sexy.
Those who have seen poutine in action will know that this concoction of ingredients does all the talking; leaving it needing just a bold, clean and contrasting identity to accompany it. An energetic, eye-catching font was selected for the logo while the rest of the branding has kept its modernity through a bold colour palette, striking typography and a friendly owl mascot.
